In 2017, I co-founded AlMasna’ with Ibrahim Malhem, not just as a media production company, but as a true creative space under the name “AlMasna’ Creative Space” — a place where innovation, art, and technology intersect within a uniquely challenging local context. From 2017 to 2020, AlMasna’ evolved into a pioneering brand and creative hub in Syria. We produced impactful media campaigns, developed visual identities and branding for both local and international clients, and offered comprehensive visual content services for both traditional and digital platforms.
My role included full supervision of the creative process — from brainstorming sessions to scriptwriting, filming, production, and post-production of audiovisual materials. I led content teams, collaborated with filmmakers, editors, and producers, and directed both documentary and promotional films.
AlMasna’ contributed to shaping brand identities and running large-scale media campaigns across various platforms. We also developed websites, mobile apps, and interactive games.
This experience was deeply enriching, allowing me to grow in leadership, innovation, and project management. With a team of over 20 staff members, we implemented a modern, tech-driven business model in a country that has long suffered from war — bringing creativity and innovation back into the spotlight
